1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuantPrix (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on QuantPrix. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content on QuantPrix, including articles, analysis, predictions, and data visualizations, is owned by QuantPrix or used under license. Formula 1 race data is sourced from FastF1, F1DB, and official F1 timing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

6. Formula 1 Disclaimer

QuantPrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, or any F1 team. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. User Content

Your bookmarks, favorite teams/drivers, and preferences remain yours. QuantPrix may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from user activity to improve the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of race data, predictions, or analysis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantPrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data inaccuracies or service interruptions.

10. Termination

QuantPrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
